Few examples: 1. evidence can only be collected in clean brown paper bag. Paper bag is air, moisture breathing while plastic bag is air, moisture tight. Evidences, such as blood coated material, finger print coated material, etc. could easily change their apparences or even compositions . Evidence presented in plastic bag could be easily rejected by defence LAWYER in court.www.ddhw.com www.ddhw.com 2. Evidences, once collected and brought back to Lab. could only be displayed and examed one by one by lab techs. Evidence collectors from crime scene do not exam the evidence once it is in the lab, and can not influence or interfer lab tech's job (for objectiveness). In CSI, several evidences were displayed on the same bench top (cross contamination), and were examed by the evidence collector themsilves (not objective). So any conclusion obtained from such procedures in the CSI lab can be easily thrown out off the window . 3. the luminal test for blood is not so sensitive, long-lived and is not so easy to use in the crime scene. Carefully control conditions, and environemnt are needed. Not like in CSI, the investigator just spread some luminon, then the blood spots will shine under UV light. Many more.... www.ddhw.com Finally, court relys on not the "logic" deduction of a crime, but on the hard, irrefutable evidences. So instead of the deduction, try to find some hard evidences or counter-evidences for the challenging cases. www.ddhw.com
