【秋日私语】Pictures of nothing

他的音乐适合在这个季节听，也许秋天本来就属于回忆和思念......         Pictures of Nothing (Jeff Woodell) Remember the day that we met in the park where the sunlight and shadow entwined? That picture looked perfect, more perfect than art, but I wish, on that day, I'd been blind. Remember the night that we lay in the stars in a pose for each flash in the sky? I told you I loved you. You said you did too, but the best you could do was pretend it was true. You know, I used to smile every time that my eyes found the pictures of both of us framed on the wall, but the way that you look at him makes me feel sick. Now, they're pictures of nothing at all. When I borrowed a lens, it was easy to see we were hanging together by threads. I asked you for glue to secure what was left, but you gave me the scissors instead. All of my friends claim to know how I feel and they say I'll get better each day. I know that they're right, but you're hard to erase and each day is an hourglass floating in space. You know, I used to smile every time that my eyes found the pictures of both of us framed on the wall, but the way that you look at him makes me feel sick. Now, they're pictures of nothing at all.     Jeff Woodell曾经住在在阿拉斯加，现在生活在美国华盛顿州西雅图。当他6岁的时候，他开始了音乐训练，进行了四年古典钢琴课。12岁时，Jeff学习了古典吉他和音乐理论。当他14岁，他开始对电吉他感兴趣，一年以后加入第一重金属乐队。2004年，Jeff Woodell 收集了自己写的六首歌曲，并出版发行，第一张专辑名为"Pictures of Nothing" 这张专辑曲风特点是将民乐和弦乐结合风格让人想起已故的Elliott Smith。Jeff Woodell的音乐低调、简约、宁静……淡淡的忧伤弥漫于晶莹剔透的吉他声中，时间仿佛静止，让我们暂时驻足，忘却迷失的现在，回望逝去的流年......
