Actually the mirror image just the reflection of your front image. Reflection lights from Your left side form exactly the same image of your left side and the same for right side. There is no When we say mirror image, we imagine that we are at the same postion as if we were inside the mirror.

想想一个四边颜色不同的正方形的镜像，我们就明白是我们自己将自己绕进去了。
